    Pay only for the purchases you authorize. As long as your account is in good standing, you have exercised reasonable care in safeguarding your card, and you have not reported two or more unauthorized events in the previous 12 months, you are not liable for unauthorized, signature-based transactions.

Money Market Savings Account holders receive a First Command Bank ATM card for convenient access to cash at ATM networks worldwide. Checking account holders also may request an ATM-only (non-debit) card by calling us at 888.763.7600.

To report a lost/stolen card or unauthorized use

If your Debit MasterCard or ATM card is lost or stolen, or should you suspect unauthorized activity on your account, call 800-887-0555 immediately to report your loss or suspicion.
