Reorder Checks


Online check reorder is available in our OnCommand™ online banking service.

You can conveniently shop for checks and check-related products during your secure online banking session. With online check reordering you can:

  • Choose from a variety of check styles
  • View your order status
  • View your check imprint information and shipping address
  • Order additional products, such as personalized endorsement stamps and address labels
  • Process a quick reorder
  • View your order history
  • Change the text on your checks
  • Update your address information

How to Order Checks Online

  1. Log in to OnCommand™ online banking. (Got a First Command Bank account, but not an OnCommand user? Register for OnCommand here.)
  2. Click on the My Accounts . 
  3. Select the checking account for which you would like to order checks.
  4. Click on the Account Detail button.
  5. Then click on the Check Order button.

 

You can also access Check Ordering in OnCommand by selecting “Account Services” and, then, in the “Service Request” section, click on “Order Checks”

Checks ordered online may be shipped to U.S. addresses and APO/FPO addresses. If you have a foreign address, call us at 888.763.7600 to place your check order.
